How to get a refund

- use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net and find your order.
Our reseller, Paddle, processes the refund. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, Pro is switched off for it; everything you already exported stays yours, and the free tool keeps working.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals. You can cancel any time from your account page, from your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period by itself; if you want that money back too and you're within 30 days of paying, just ask.
