- A bug or a caption problem: your browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari…), your device, and roughly when in the video it happens. Please don't send the video itself unless we ask.
- Pro, billing or a refund: the email you bought with. Your receipt from Paddle has the order number.
- An idea for a caption style: a link to a video that does it. We read every one.
